Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Five or more years of experience in a physician practice setting preferred
- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program preferred
- Healthcare management or administration certification preferred
- EMR/EHR experience required; NextGen or Athena experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet-based tools required
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt within a complex, matrixed organizational structure
