Practice Highlights

  • Functions as an integral interdisciplinary team member alongside physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
  • Performs comprehensive patient assessment and reassessment, direct patient care, and individualized care plan development and implementation
  • Responds to and interprets physician orders for physical therapy; seeks clarification of orders as clinically appropriate
  • Administers and interprets standardized tests and measurements to guide treatment decisions

  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum two years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting preferred; new graduates with appropriate clinical training will be considered
