Baptist Medical Network in San Antonio, Texas is hiring a Patient Service Representative to support front-office operations within a busy physician practice. This non-exempt, full-time role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a central part in the daily flow of a multi-specialty ambulatory practice serving a 12-county footprint across South Texas. A $500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of a medical office assistant program preferred
  • Healthcare management or administration certification preferred
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience required; medical office experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic health record or practice management data entry expected
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with patients in a clinical front-office environment
