About the Community

Delray Beach is one of South Florida's most desirable coastal communities, offering a walkable Atlantic Avenue dining and arts scene, direct beach access, and a year-round warm climate. Situated in Palm Beach County between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, the area combines a relaxed beach-town atmosphere with proximity to major metropolitan amenities, top-rated schools, and a robust healthcare corridor. Cost of living is competitive relative to Miami-Dade, and the absence of a state income tax adds meaningful take-home value for Florida-based clinicians and allied health professionals.
