About the Community
San Antonio is one of Texas's most livable large cities — a culturally rich metro anchored by the historic River Walk, the Alamo, and a nationally recognized dining and arts scene. Affordable housing, highly rated school districts, and zero state income tax make it an exceptional value for families and early-career providers alike. Austin is roughly 80 miles to the northeast, and the Texas Hill Country — with its wineries, state parks, and outdoor recreation — begins just west of the city, offering genuine weekend escape without a long drive.
