This is a days-only, Monday–Friday-oriented role built for an experienced acute care nurse who is ready to step into a system-level education leadership position, shaping orientation, competency, and professional development programming across a regional multi-hospital network. Practice Highlights

- Leads orientation and ongoing competency programs aligned with the system's professional nursing practice model and regulatory standards
- Delivers and coordinates Grand Rounds, in-services, continuing education, and specialty curricula
- Provides leadership to preceptors; serves as mentor and facilitator for nurse residents
- Participates in continuing education provider unit activities, including evaluation of CE-credit-qualifying nursing education activities
- Contributes to clinical policy and procedure development; participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborates with market nursing leadership and interdisciplinary councils, committees, and workgroups

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, nursing education, or a related specialty (required)
- Minimum three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Current Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain state licensure (required)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, organizational learning theory, and national nursing education practice standards
- Clinical background in cardiovascular, telemetry, or progressive care settings is a strong asset given the unit scope
