Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required at minimum
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from state of residence required; nurses holding a compact state license from another state must obtain a Multi-State RN License from their state of residence within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification required; must be obtained within 7 days of hire
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications required; must be completed within the orientation period
- RN-C (Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse) or CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred
- Demonstrated competency in comprehensive patient assessment, evidence-based clinical decision-making, and interdisciplinary care coordination in a surgical or trauma setting
