About the Community
Turlock is a mid-sized city in California's Central Valley, situated between Modesto and Fresno with convenient access to both the Bay Area and Sacramento. The region offers a lower cost of living relative to coastal California, a strong agricultural heritage, and a tight-knit community feel with good schools and family-friendly neighborhoods. Outdoor recreation is abundant — Yosemite National Park is within roughly two hours, and the Sierra Nevada foothills provide year-round hiking, skiing, and lake access for clinicians who value an active lifestyle outside of work.
