Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire or obtained within 5 working days before assuming patient care (2-year renewal cycle)
- AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications required where applicable per corporate policy for the unit of hire
- Recent acute care experience preferred; new graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn emergency code protocols and HICS responsibilities
