<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required</li> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of South Carolina, or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or within 30 days of employment</li> <li>No prior nursing experience required — program is designed specifically for new graduates</li> <li>Additional specialty certifications may be required during employment depending on unit assignment</li> <li>Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 graduates are both eligible and encouraged to apply</li> </ul>
