<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license required; national Pharmacy Technician certification required</li> <li>Minimum three (3) years of hospital pharmacy experience, or demonstrated performance equivalent</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a certified pharmacy technician training program preferred</li> <li>Prior experience in sterile (IV) compounding, including chemotherapy preparation, strongly preferred</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency required; strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills preferred</li> <li>Ability to work in all areas of pharmacy services as assigned; comfort in a fast-paced, high-pressure acute care environment</li> </ul>
