- Continuing education maintained in compliance with Florida state law and hospital policy
Qualifications
- Current Florida Pharmacist license required
- Minimum education: BS in Pharmacy; PharmD degree preferred
- Minimum experience: prior hospital pharmacy experience required
- Preferred: three or more years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in age- and disease-specific dosage screening, drug interaction identification, and clinical drug monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
