Delray Medical Center, a 536-bed state-designated Level I Trauma Center in Delray Beach, Florida, is recruiting a certified Patient Care Technician (PCT) for its Float Pool on a per diem, day-shift basis. This role supports RNs and LPNs across a high-acuity acute care campus that has served southern Palm Beach County for more than 40 years, offering direct exposure to a broad range of specialty service lines within a large, well-resourced hospital system.

Qualifications
- Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license — required
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required
- High school diploma or equivalent — required
- Formal Certified Nurse Aide training — preferred
- Prior experience in acute care or direct patient care settings — preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work across varied age-specific patient populations in a high-acuity environment
