About the Community

Glendale sits in the northwest quadrant of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, offering residents the full amenity set of a major Sun Belt city — professional sports, a vibrant dining and arts scene, and year-round outdoor recreation — alongside lower housing costs and a more suburban pace than central Phoenix. The area enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine annually, easy access to desert hiking and mountain recreation, and proximity to Scottsdale, Tempe, and Sky Harbor International Airport, making it an attractive destination for clinicians relocating from higher cost-of-living markets.
