This is a hands-on, patient-facing role with direct rounding responsibilities alongside Intensivists and Hospitalists, meaningful protocol-driven dosing authority, and the infrastructure of an all-new facility with advanced technology and equipment throughout.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with completed clinical rotations; OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacist experience</li> <li>Active South Carolina pharmacist license required at time of hire</li> <li>American Heart Association BLS certification required — must be obtained within 7 days of hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required — must be obtained within the orientation period</li> <li>Residency training and board certification (BPS) preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated competency in clinical drug therapy monitoring: drug selection, dosing, drug–drug interactions, food–drug allergies, and duplication screening</li> </ul>
