<p>Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, Arizona is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Coordinator for its Med/Surg and Telemetry unit. This leadership-track RN role combines direct patient care with unit-level coordination — scheduling, staff development, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational oversight — at a 200-bed acute care hospital recognized for advanced surgical and cardiovascular services in the West Valley. The position is well-suited for a clinician ready to step into a formal coordination role while remaining hands-on at the bedside.</p>

<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>200-bed acute care hospital serving West Valley communities in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area</li> <li>Level I Trauma Center with advanced surgical capability including the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical platform and Loop-X intraoperative imaging system</li> <li>Service lines include orthopedics, obstetrics, and cardiovascular care — supporting a broad inpatient acuity mix on Med/Surg and Telemetry</li> <li>Coordinator oversees unit scheduling, break management, staffing adjustments, and daily workflow for the RN team</li> <li>Responsible for matching patient care needs to caregiver competencies; delegates and supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs</li> <li>Leads orientation and competency validation for new hires; coordinates annual competency completion for all unit staff</li> <li>Acts as liaison between pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration</li> <li>Develops and implements processes to meet regulatory and compliance requirements at the unit level</li> <li>Monitors and evaluates appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care on an ongoing basis</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Minimum two years of relevant clinical nursing experience</li> <li>Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred</li> <li>Certification in a specialty area of practice preferred</li> <li>Current CPR required; ACLS required upon orientation completion for Telemetry assignment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to make independent clinical decisions in high-acuity, high-stress situations</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience managing departmental budget processes a plus</li> </ul>
