<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred</li> <li>2–3 years of experience in a healthcare, legal, or business office environment</li> <li>Working knowledge of healthcare terminology and intermediate familiarity with the healthcare industry</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; excellent listening and organizational abilities</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to research independently, manage multiple tasks, and learn new systems quickly</li> <li>Prior experience with ACE, Epic, STAR, or Meditech systems is a plus</li> <li>Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and third parties</li> </ul>
