Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required prior to start date
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing PT in a healthcare setting preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs across a general outpatient caseload
- Comfort working within an interdisciplinary team and communicating with referring physicians regarding plan-of-care clarifications
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment health screening, including drug screen, required prior to start
