<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum: Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent military training and certification</li> <li>Minimum: 7 years of progressive experience in a biomedical department setting</li> <li>Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline</li> <li>Preferred: Prior supervisory or management experience within a biomedical or clinical engineering environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-informed operational decisions</li> </ul>
