Practice Highlights

- Coordinates specialized consultations, referral scheduling, and insurance pre-certification for ordered surgeries and tests
- Supports front-desk functions including phone management, appointment scheduling, and patient checkout with referral processing
- Responsible for exam room stocking, instrument sterilization and storage, supply inventory, and PPE compliance
- Occasional local travel to support other clinic locations within the network
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience accepted in lieu of formal education
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (required in select markets); CMA, RMA, or equivalent credential accepted
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum one year of experience working in a physician office setting
- Ability and willingness to travel locally to support other clinic locations as needed
