Practice Highlights

  • Integrated case management role spanning utilization management, transition management, care coordination, and patient/family education

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital patient care experience required; utilization management and/or case management experience required
  • Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred
  • Demonstrated competency in medical necessity criteria, denial management, and care transition planning
