<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Preferred education: Completion of a Nurse Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assisting program</li> <li>Preferred experience: 6 months in a healthcare setting and/or working knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures</li> <li>Required on hire: Active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire</li> <li>Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification required within 60 days of hire or transfer into the position</li> </ul>
