Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Arizona is recruiting new graduate Registered Nurses into its Telemetry unit through a structured, 12-month Novice RN Residency Program. This full-time position pairs new nurses with experienced preceptors for unit-specific orientation and provides ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education throughout the first year of practice — making it an ideal launch point for nurses who want a strong clinical foundation in cardiac monitoring and step-down care.

Practice Highlights

  • Telemetry unit position focused on cardiac monitoring and step-down level patient care
  • Full-time schedule: 12-hour shifts — days, nights, or variable based on unit need

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program — ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
  • Less than 12 months of RN work experience at time of hire (new graduate eligible)
  • Active Arizona RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, days, or variable scheduling as assigned
  • Willingness to participate in weekend rotations and the full 12-month residency curriculum
