Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program — ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
- Less than 12 months of RN work experience at time of hire (new graduate eligible)
- Active Arizona RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, days, or variable scheduling as assigned
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotations and the full 12-month residency curriculum
