Practice Highlights
- Full-time, day-shift position on a Med-Surg inpatient unit

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers required
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 6 months of hire
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant course preferred; demonstrated CNA and HUC competencies expected
- Prior clerical or customer service experience required; prior HUC experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to operate computer-driven patient care equipment
- Physical ability to assist with patient transfers to and from the unit
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred, reflecting the El Paso patient population
