Palm Beach Health Network's Cantor Spine Center is recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its multidisciplinary Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a Monday–Friday outpatient role embedded within a collaborative, physician-led spine and pain practice — an ideal fit for an advanced practice clinician who values longitudinal patient relationships, interventional pain exposure, and a structured, no-call schedule in one of South Florida's most desirable coastal communities.

Practice Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient-only practice — no inpatient rounding, no overnight call
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evaluation and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spine-related pain conditions

Qualifications
- Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner (MSN or higher) required; Physician Assistant candidates also considered
- Active Florida RNP license required, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Current national certification per governing board (e.g., ANCC or AANP for NPs) and in accordance with facility Medical Staff Bylaws
- Background or strong interest in pain management, PM&R, orthopedics, or musculoskeletal medicine preferred
- Comfort with longitudinal outpatient care and evaluation and management of both acute and chronic pain presentations
