Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive nursing leadership experience at the ACNO, Director, or equivalent level within a complex hospital environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required; Arizona licensure or eligibility to obtain
- CENP, NEA-BC, or equivalent nursing executive certification preferred
- Demonstrated track record in clinical operations, quality improvement, workforce leadership, and budget management (labor, operating, and capital)
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and serve as a credible partner to executive, physician, and board stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and compliance standards applicable to a Level I Trauma and Joint Commission-accredited facility
