About the Community

Tucson is Arizona's second-largest city, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sonoran Desert and surrounded by five mountain ranges — offering year-round outdoor recreation including hiking, cycling, and birding in Saguaro National Park and the Santa Catalina Mountains. The city combines a vibrant arts and culinary scene, a major research university, and a cost of living well below comparable metro markets, making it an attractive destination for senior healthcare leaders relocating from higher-cost regions. Tucson's warm, sunny climate, diverse community, and proximity to Phoenix (roughly 100 miles north) and the Mexican border provide both lifestyle flexibility and regional connectivity.
