Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No prior clinical experience required; acute care or previous clinical experience preferred
- Prior clerical or customer service experience with Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) training or experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required — American Heart Association preferred; American Red Cross accepted with AHA certification required within 60 days of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Demonstrated ability to operate computer-driven patient care equipment
