Baptist Medical Network — a 12-county, multi-specialty physician network anchored in San Antonio, Texas — is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative to manage front-office operations at one of its physician practice locations. This non-exempt role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a central part in keeping the practice running smoothly, from scheduling and check-in through charge entry and referral coordination. Practice Highlights

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of a medical office assistant program preferred
  • Healthcare management or administration certification preferred
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience; medical office experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic patient data entry and insurance verification workflows
  • Familiarity with patient portal enrollment and front-office charge posting processes is a plus
