<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Significant clinical experience as a medical aesthetics provider (strongly preferred)</li> <li>Demonstrated multi-unit management or regional leadership experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or related healthcare service industry</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze business performance, manage P&Ls, and drive profitability</li> <li>Strong track record recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams</li> <li>Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare operational standards</li> <li>Energetic, accountable leadership style with comfort working directly alongside clinical and administrative teams</li> </ul>
