<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience in a multi-provider ambulatory or primary care setting</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in medical practice operations, revenue cycle management, physician practice management, staffing and workflow optimization, and payer/insurance processes</li> <li>Multi-site clinic operations management experience preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and operational reporting platforms</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify gaps, and implement measurable solutions</li> </ul>
