<p>Team Florida is recruiting a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to lead a senior-focused panel at its Poinciana clinic, part of the Orlando South market. This is a value-based role built around smaller patient panels, longer visits, and a multidisciplinary care team operating under a shared scorecard. You will serve as clinical leader for a predominantly Medicare Advantage population, with dedicated time and support to treat the whole person and build lasting patient relationships in a growing senior community southwest of Kissimmee.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited program</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Valid DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Experience or strong interest in caring for senior and Medicare Advantage populations</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort practicing within a value-based, team-based, quality-driven care model</li> <li>Ability to complete Florida AHCA Level II background check required for direct patient contact</li> <li>Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred given the Poinciana patient community</li> </ul>
