Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required
- Active Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure
- Background in Hospital Medicine, Skilled Nursing Facility care, Post-Acute Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient management skills with a team-oriented approach to care
- Comfort managing a varied daily census across multiple facility settings
