<p>A growing Hospitalist and Post-Acute Care group in Oklahoma City is recruiting experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide rounding coverage across skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout the OKC metro. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)</li> <li>Active Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state</li> <li>Background in Hospital Medicine, Skilled Nursing Facility care, Post-Acute Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine preferred</li> <li>Strong patient management and communication skills; team-oriented approach to care delivery</li> </ul>
