<p>A growing Hospitalist and Post-Acute Care group in Oklahoma City is recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide rounding coverage across skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout the OKC metro. This is a fully employed W2 role offering strong clinical autonomy, direct physician collaboration, and a clear path for career advancement within a rapidly expanding multi-site practice. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required</li> <li>Active Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure</li> <li>Background in Hospital Medicine, Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine preferred</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and patient management skills; team-oriented approach essential</li> <li>Comfort with shared call coverage in a multi-facility post-acute setting</li> </ul>
