Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas is recruiting a full-time OB/GYN Medical Director to lead its hospitalist obstetrics program. This is a clinically active leadership role embedded in a high-acuity labor and delivery environment with 24/7 in-house NNP and/or neonatologist coverage and a formal Maternal-Fetal Medicine partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). The Medical Director will carry both a clinical shift load and a meaningful role in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and clinical education — a strong fit for an OB/GYN physician who wants to shape program culture while staying hands-on at the bedside.

Practice Highlights
- Full-time schedule of 5 to 8 twenty-four-hour in-house shifts per month
- Double coverage on all shifts — no solo overnight exposure

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Active Arkansas medical license or eligibility to obtain

- Comfort with the full scope of OB/GYN hospitalist practice, including high-acuity obstetric management
