Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a 5-day/week schedule, strong clinical autonomy, comprehensive onboarding, and uncapped earning potential while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

- Round in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- North Carolina NP or PA license and DEA required
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred but not required
