About the Community
Racine sits on the western shore of Lake Michigan, roughly 25 miles south of Milwaukee and 65 miles north of Chicago — offering genuine urban access without the cost or congestion of either metro. The city is home to a vibrant arts scene, Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, waterfront parks, and strong public and private school options. Cost of living is well below the national average for a lakefront community of its caliber, making it an attractive landing point for clinicians relocating from higher-cost markets.
