Practice Highlights
- Hybrid schedule: 50% day shifts and 50% night shifts
- Average daytime census of 18 patients per day
- Night shift admissions volume of 5–10 admits per night, with the hospitalist team covering admissions from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Closed ICU model — hospitalists are not responsible for ICU management but do perform admissions during overnight hours

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Procedural competency consistent with a full-scope hospitalist role
- Comfort with code blue response and Rapid Response Team leadership
- Ability to work a hybrid day/night rotation
