About the Community
Woodbridge sits in Prince William County in Northern Virginia, approximately 25 miles south of Washington, D.C. — offering immediate access to the cultural, professional, and recreational assets of the nation's capital while maintaining a suburban quality of life with strong public schools, diverse dining and retail, and significantly more affordable housing than the D.C. core. The region draws families and professionals alike with its proximity to the Potomac River, Occoquan Regional Park, and the broader Northern Virginia outdoor corridor, and its location along the I-95 and VRE commuter rail corridors makes regional connectivity straightforward.
