<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG)</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency</li> <li>Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Prior OB/GYN Hospitalist or laborist experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership experience — prior Medical Director, department chair, or committee leadership background is a strong asset</li> <li>Comfort managing the full scope of inpatient obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, including operative deliveries and unscheduled surgical cases</li> </ul>
