Qualifications

  • MD or DO with completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
  • Board certification or board eligibility in the applicable specialty
  • Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience or strong interest in post-acute, long-term care, or geriatric medicine preferred
  • Comfort managing medically complex patients across a range of post-acute settings
