Qualifications
- MD or DO with completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
- Board certification or board eligibility in the applicable specialty
- Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain

- Comfort managing medically complex patients across a range of post-acute settings
