Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Virginia state license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Inpatient or hospital medicine experience preferred; comfort managing acute care adult patients overnight
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to function independently in a nocturnist role
