A full-time or part-time board-certified dermatologist is sought to join an established, multi-physician group practice in Wichita, Kansas. This is a physician-led organization where governance, strategy, and practice direction are shaped by the physician group itself — not a corporate management layer — freeing clinicians to focus on patient care while shared administrative services handle operational overhead. The scope spans general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with optional participation in dermatopathology reading based on individual preference. A shareholder track and uncapped productivity bonus model make this a compelling long-term opportunity for a dermatologist who wants ownership alongside clinical autonomy.
