The area is known for outstanding public and private schools with high academic performance, making it an attractive destination for clinicians with families. Hiking, fishing, hunting, and proximity to the Mogollon Rim draw outdoor enthusiasts, while the short drive to Phoenix ensures access to a major metropolitan area whenever needed.
