Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist for a weekend inpatient hospitalist role based in the greater Phoenix, AZ metro area. This is a purpose-built coverage position — Friday afternoon through Monday morning — designed for a urologist who wants meaningful clinical engagement without a full-time schedule. The group is a regional referral destination for complex urologic and pelvic health cases, supported by fellowship-trained specialists and a robust APP infrastructure across multiple hospital sites.

Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Urology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency; fellowship training a plus given the group's subspecialty depth
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one (credentialing fees covered)
- Demonstrated comfort managing complex inpatient urology cases across a multi-hospital system
- Procedural proficiency in urologic surgery and bedside procedures in both OR and inpatient settings
- Strong collaborative skills for working within a large, APP-integrated specialty group
