Advanced Urology Institute is recruiting a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a mixed outpatient/inpatient urology role based in Largo, Florida. The position spans clinic-based urology care and structured daily hospital rounding across Pinellas County, with access to major hospital systems in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. The schedule is Monday through Friday with only five pre-scheduled call days per month — a genuinely manageable on-call burden for a full-scope APP role.   • Ability to maintain active credentialing at assigned medical facilities, including ongoing continuing education requirements
  • Comfort working across both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings within a structured, physician-supervised model
