MidLantic Urology is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join its well-established, physician-led private practice in East Norriton, PA, serving the western suburbs of greater Philadelphia. The incoming physician will inherit a thriving, built-in patient panel from a retiring partner physician in August 2026 — a rare opportunity to step into a productive practice from day one. The role offers a clear partnership track, a balanced clinic-and-surgery schedule, and the operational backing of a national urology network while preserving full local clinical autonomy.

Practice Highlights

  • Immediate inheritance of an established, active patient panel from a retiring partner physician (transition August 2026)
  • Clinic schedule of 3–4 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, across Paoli and West Chester locations
  • Surgical schedule of 1–2 days per week at two dedicated surgical sites: an on-site Class A surgery center in Paoli and the MidLantic Urology Surgery Center in Wayne
  • Shared call coverage rotating across Paoli Hospital and Chester County Hospital
  • Collaborative team environment with 3 supporting PAs and fellow attending physicians
  • Broad general urology case mix including kidney stones, prostate disease, and female urology
  • Physician-led governance structure with a Physician Executive Committee and Regional Clinical Governance Boards — clinical authority remains with practicing physicians
  • Multi-site practice operating across the western Philadelphia suburbs with national organizational support through Urology Alliance

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Urology
  • Completion of an accredited urology residency with comprehensive general urology training
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience or clinical interest in female urology is a plus
  • Commitment to a collaborative, team-based, patient-centered practice model
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adoption of current urological techniques
