About the Community

Pasco is one of Washington's fastest-growing cities, situated along the Columbia River in the Tri-Cities metropolitan area alongside Kennewick and Richland — a region known for its sunny high-desert climate, affordable cost of living, and exceptional quality of life. The area offers world-class wine country, water recreation on the Columbia and Snake Rivers, hiking, and easy access to outdoor adventure, while remaining within a few hours of Seattle, Portland, and the Cascade Mountains. Strong schools, a diverse and welcoming community, and a low cost of living relative to western Washington make the Tri-Cities an increasingly popular destination for healthcare professionals seeking balance between career and lifestyle.
