Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain
- Emergency Medicine clinical experience required; prior APC leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and lead a team of advanced practice clinicians in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Comfort with the full spectrum of emergency department acuity consistent with a 266-bed regional medical center serving a diverse patient population
