Potomac Urology is recruiting a full-time, BC/BE urologist to join a 10-physician private practice in Fairfax, Virginia — one of the most desirable practice environments in the country, situated in the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. metro corridor. The group operates a physician-led, equal-partner compensation model with compensation benchmarked at the upper 90th percentile nationally, no RVU targets, and a clear partnership track from an employed starting position. New residency graduates are welcome, and senior physician mentorship is built into the onboarding structure.
