Austin Gastroenterology (AG), one of Texas's most established gastroenterology groups and a flagship practice within the nation's largest physician-led GI network, is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist for either a clinic-based or hospitalist position in Austin, TX. Both tracks offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a shared call rotation averaging 2:6, a protected salary with bonus potential, and a clear partnership track beginning in year three — including ambulatory surgery center ownership buy-in and restricted stock. This is a physician-led private practice model that preserves local clinical autonomy while delivering national-scale operational infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology (MD or DO)
